I am a Zambian engineer who has been keeping a journal for more than fifteen years.
Most of those years, the journals stayed private. Then I started noticing patterns; the same questions coming back, the same drift, the same attempts to course-correct. And I thought: someone else is probably sitting with these same questions.
This is not a self-help blog. I am not a guru who has arrived somewhere. I am a fellow traveller who writes to think, and shares what he finds.
The writing covers the things that actually take up space in a life: time, work, money, relationships, what you believe, and whether the way you are living matches what you say you value.
I am based in Zambia. I am married. I am an engineer by training. I have made deliberate decisions and drifted badly. I am still figuring it out.
If any of that sounds familiar, welcome.
